To work in a box. Staring at a box.

And when you die, you're put in a box.

The only life worth living is outside of the box.

When you overthink, turn your body off.

Sit, journal, meditate.

Your body isn't just a home, it's a vehicle.

Use it to change yourself, physically and mentally.

当你闷闷不乐，就打开身体。

举重，跑步，训练。

当你忧心忡忡，就关闭身体。

静静坐着，写写日记电商设计师，或者沉默冥想。

你的身体不仅仅是你的家，它还是一部车。

用它来改变自己的身心吧！

people who plan in decades, but live in moments.

Train like savages, but create like artists.

Obsess in work, relax in life.

People who know this are finite and choose to play infinite games.

Find people going up mountains.Climb together.

与坚韧的人为伍，未雨绸缪，但要活在当下。

像野蛮人那样训练，电商设计师像艺术家那样创新。

忘我工作，轻松生活。

知之者不如好之者。

找一些人与你勇攀生活的高峰。

Put yourself in places you don't belong.

Sign up for a marathon.

Speak on stage.

Start a company with no experience.

People will tell you to be 'realistic' to drag down to their reality.

Resist.

When you start before you are ready, reality shifts drastically.

敢于尝试你不熟悉的东西。

比如报名参加一次马拉松。

鼓起勇气上台演讲。

毫无经验，白手起家。

有些人会看不惯，会叫你"现实"一点，与他们为伍

别听他们的！

没做好准备，就开始吧！因为现实太过风云变幻。

Your goal should not be balance.

It should be contrast.

Obsess in work, relax in life.

Spend time at the edges, in deep work and deep relaxation.

Train with all your efforts, then recover effortlessly.

Because balance doesn't protect you.

It limits you.

你的目标不该是一味的追求平衡。

它应该是倾向一方。

深深着迷工作，彻底放松生活。

充分利用时间，劳逸结合。

全力训练，然后放松恢复。

因为平衡不会护着你，

它只会限制你！
